This is a fun and easy way to use both sides of your body and brain as you enjoy this free flowing form together at Shore Acres Clubhouse. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We will practice movements that are repeated focusing on general health care goals. Flexibility, improved balance, an enhanced immune system, and a general sense of well being can be achieved with these age old practices. This class is beginner and wheelchair friendly! Cost is $45 for all sessions or $10 for drop in.
