Nellie Jackson Park provides the perfect little out of the way spot to enjoy the Illinois River.  Wether it is to enjoy a quiet lunch or enjoy the bald eagles that fly over in the winter time, Nellie Jackson Park is perfect.  The land, donated by the Jackson family in the early 1960’s has been an asset to the Chillicothe community for many years.
