Shore Acres Clubhouse

Information

The focal point of Shore Acres Park is a 19th Century Clubhouse that has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Shore Acres Clubhouse is available to the public for weddings, business meetings, receptions, family reunions, club meetings & special events. Local organizations and not-for-profit businesses are welcome to use Shore Acres Clubhouse at a reduced rate.

$200.00 / Base Rate Up to 4 Hours
$35.00 / Hour After 4 Hours

Additional Facility Amenities:
$100.00 / Bluetooth Speakers & Wireless Microphone Package (Bluetooth Device Must be Paired Prior to Event)

Additional Rental Information

The Chillicothe Park District expects to find the premises when the event is over as the renter first found it when they arrived. The clean up / damage deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory cleanup and will be mailed back to the renter after inspection of the facility. (within 30 days of rental date)

Alcohol Is Not Permitted On Chillicothe Park District Property
Non-Emergency Fire or Defibrillator Alarm Activation Will Result In A $50 Fee
All Events and Cleanup Must Be Completed By Midnight
Guests Are Responsible For Removal Of All Decorations and Fasteners
Nails, Thumbs Tacks and Duct Tape Are Not To Be Used On Any Surface
All Candles Must Be In A Contained Unit
Ballroom Balcony Access Is Not Permitted
Cooking Only Permitted In Kitchen Area
Tables and Chairs Must Be Returned To Original Location
Floors Swept and Spills Cleaned As Necessary
Garbage Bagged and Left On Service Porch

Thirty (30) days notification must be given prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a refund of deposit minus $20.00 processing fee. If less than thirty (30) days notice is given the entire deposit will be forfeited and rental fee paid will be returned. If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given, the full deposit and rental fee will be forfeited.
