For Reservations please fill out the Chillicothe Park District Facility Rental Inquiry Below or call (309) 274-3409 ext. 1.

*Approximately 100 guests

In District Fees:

  • $50.00 / 4 hours
  • $75.00 / all-day

Out of District Fees:

  • $75.00 / 4 hours
  • $100.00 / all-day
  • Reservations are available seven days a week and are required for guaranteed availability.
  • To secure reservations payment must be made at time of booking and in full.
  • Non-Reservation usage is available on a first-come-first-served basis at no charge. 
  • Alcohol is not allowed on park property
  • Please clean up trash and use garbage cans
  • Supervise small children
  • Electricity is provided at both pavilions

30-day notification must be given prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a refund minus $10.00 processing fee. If less than 30 days notice is given the entire amount will be forfeited.
